This winter Olaf is spending more time away on training camps then previous years. This means more time in the boat and less time at home with his family.
Feb 28th Olaf returned from 11 days of training in Portugal. The training camp was a success with 387km on perfect water and several hours on the bike and in the gym. Tomorrow he is off to South Africa for 3 weeks of rowing at 1900masl.
